Our Process

We have a $145 project minimum (including labor and materials). We will let you know if your project is below the minimum and can give you suggestions of common add-on projects that we can include in your estimate to provide more value for your visit.

1. Submit the New Request Form on this page with supporting photos.

   We provide complimentary online estimates**. Make sure to include multiple photos (different angles, close up and wide angle, etc.) to help streamline the process, the more the better! If preferred, you may also give us a call or text us at 856-200-8345. We answer our phone (or will call you back promptly).

   **For some multi-day projects, we charge $115 for an on-site assessment that is credited back if the client moves forward with the work.

   Existing clients: you can also submit a new work request from your client hub.

2. We will call you to discuss your project.

   As soon as possible (typically within 24-48 hours) after submitting your form or getting your project details over the phone, we will reach out to discuss the project and review your flat rate estimate. Most estimates can be provided without an on-site assessment if photos are provided.

3. We will send you the estimate via e-mail.

   The estimate will include our contract terms. Please also see our FAQ page for information on payment terms, cancellation policy and other information.

4. Review the estimate and reach out to us by calling or texting if you have any questions.

   There is also an option in the online estimate to request changes if any updates are required.

5. Approve the estimate and schedule your project!

   Approve the project by providing your signature and any required deposit in the online estimate and we will schedule your project and get started!
